ZYPPY emerged as an idea, uniquely inspired by the dynamic 2016/2017 trap and SoundCloud era. The driving force behind its conception was the desire to cultivate a vibrant community centered around this distinctive musical and cultural movement. In order to bring this to life, the client needed a logotype and an accompanying logomark to bolster their online presence.
Bold Meets Fun
I crafted a series of concepts that struck a balance between aggression, safety, and unabashed fun; ultimately aiming to captivate the target audience. We eventually locked in on a concept that encapsulated the essence of ZYPPY as it stands today.
The sketches above were made in Adobe Photoshop. Final concepts were developed in Adobe Illustrator.
The logomark was extrapolated directly from the logotype in order to create consistency in the visual system.
